Welcome to AquaSports Curaçao. By booking or participating in any of our experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Participation Requirements

Participants must:

• Be in good physical health

• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides

• Inform staff of any medical conditions before the activity

No prior diving or snorkeling experience is required unless stated otherwise.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made:

• Online through our website

• Via direct message or approved communication channels

Reservations are confirmed once payment is completed or approved.

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

3. Safety & Responsibility

All activities are guided experiences conducted under professional supervision.

Participants agree to:

• Follow instructions at all times

• Use equipment responsibly

• Respect marine life and the environment

AquaSports Curaçao reserves the right to stop an activity if safety instructions are not followed.

4. Weather & Operational Changes

Ocean conditions may require schedule adjustments.

We may:

• Reschedule experiences

• Modify locations

• Adjust duration for safety reasons

Safety decisions are final.

5. Media Consent

Photos and videos may be captured during experiences for promotional purposes.

Guests may request exclusion before the activity begins.

6. Liability

Participation in ocean activities involves inherent risks.

By booking, participants acknowledge these risks and agree that AquaSports Curaçao is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or unforeseen natural conditions.
